Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 8.1, in which the school court and ATA Local No. 73 agreed to change the number of opening and exit hours in accordance with Article 8 to take into account changes in the number of school school days in the school year, this agreement binds the parties covered by this agreement. This should be agreed every year until April 30. 16.3 Appeal periods may be extended at any time by mutual agreement between the parties. 1.2 The duration of this agreement is from September 1, 2016 to August 31, 2018. Unless otherwise stated, this collective agreement will apply fully until August 31, 2018, unless otherwise stated. 2.5.2 If a strike or lockout begins during the central negotiations, the continuation of the collective agreement is suspended until an agreement on essential conditions is ratified in accordance with Section 11(4) PECBA or the central conditions are otherwise settled. 1.7 This collective agreement benefits and binds the parties and their rights holders. Sturgeon Public Board Chairman Terry Jewell said he was surprised that the union was made public with the results of its vote at the time, as the board and the union had previously agreed that they would issue a joint press release in the event of a strike or lockout. 3.6.1 School justice may offer a teacher a job for specific projects related to hourly teaching at the 3.6.2 and, if applicable, administrative allowances. Specific projects require mutual learning agreements and include teaching duties assigned in accordance with point 5.3 of this agreement, as well as teaching and management tasks related to school curricula and operations. 11.1.6 For a teacher, the school court pays the portion of the teacher`s benefits for the duration of maternity leave (c) mentioned in points 7.1.3, 7.1.4 and 7.3 of this collective agreement, where the association asserts that clauses are implied or included in the collective agreement, including whether such a difference is foreseeable.
